Personal Assistant to CEO

Responsibilities

Secretarial support to the CEO, eg. materials for presentation etc;
Schedule meetings and event programs, and monitor the progress;
Provide marketing support on all aspects of lead generation and opportunity development;
Assist in business development;
Involve in handling marketing events preparation;
Liaise with local and overseas vendors, channel partner and customer;

Requirements

Possess formal secretarial training qualifications, or Bachelor Degree in Marketing / Business Administration or a related discipline.
At least 1-2 years experiences in related field, preferably with event & exhibition management and public relations. Proficiency in spoken and written English & Chinese, Mandarin.
Smart, Sociable, positive attitude, integrity, self-motivated, and have keen attention to details.
Good organization skills, able to work independently, mature, as well as a good team player.
Good knowledge of PC skills.
Fresh Graduates are also welcomed.

PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibilities

Direct and manage the implementation of projects of various sizes for both customers and internal product, etc;
Create detailed project plans and project documentation following project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2);
Hands on working as part of the team and deliver the result/solution with assigned resources and 3rd parties;
Act as the point of contact to Project Stakeholders and manage their expectations and changes requests during the project;
Direct and manage the implementation of projects of various sizes for both customers and internal product, etc;
Take accountability and responsible for the quality and timeline of project deliverables;
Provide leadership, direction and motivation to the project team and Report project status to management and project stakeholders;
Willing and able to upgrade the knowledge with up-to-dated technologies and manage multiple projects at the same time;
Provide pre-sales and post-sales support and able to prepare proposals and customer presentations

Requirements

University degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related discipline
Project Management Certification (e.g. PMP) or or equivalent is required
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Project Management with sizable projects (Government or related projects is preferred).
Solid experience in application development life cycle with Microsoft and Web technologies
Solid experience in VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET, JAVA, HTML, XML, JavaScript
Experience with Multimedia, streaming media and web development, is an added advantage
Must be independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Fluent in English, Cantonese
Immediate available is preferred

SYSTEM ENGINEER

Responsibilities

Provide pre/post-sales technical support, system integration and maintenance for various IT projects
Provide system installation & support for client projects.
Provide network design, IT support and network administration.
Be responsible for the installation and testing of software and configuration.
Troubleshooting network and hardware.

Requirements

High Diploma or above in Computer Studies or related disciplines
Experienced in SQL, Server hardware & relevant IT infrastructure.
Experienced in video streaming is an advantage.
Holder of MCSE/MCITP, CCNA or related certification is highly preferred.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in systems integration and technical support.
Candidates with more experiences in supervision will be considered to be Senior Systems Engineer.
Self-motivated, responsible, able to work under pressure and a good team player.
Fluent in Cantonese and English.

Responsibilities

Building reliable, reusable, secure and scalable software in a dynamic environment;
Developing and and support in multimedia, communication and internet related solutions/projects (e.g. content management, web services, etc.) ;

Requirements

Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline
Eager to learn and develop new technologies and ideas
Good programming skills in VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET, Visual C++, JAVA, Ajax, HTML, XML, JavaScript.
Experience in multimedia or communication related development is highly preferred.
Holder of MCAD / MCSD or related certification is highly recommended.
Independent, self-motivatede and a good team player.
Good analytical and communication skills, and able to work under pressrue.
Fresh graduates will also be considered.
Candidates with more five years R&D experiences and two years in management and supervision would be considered as Senior Programmer.

ACCOUNT MANAGER

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain excellent relationship with potential and existing customers in corporate/government sector.
Be responsible for all aspects of sales activities ncluding proposals, presentations, tender bidding, pre-sales and post-sales follow-up, etc.

Requirements

With At least 3 years of sales or consultation experience in IT field.
Experience in corporate / government account management issues, e.g. tender bidding, pre-sales consultation, project management and managing the channel partners.
Familiar with Internet, Communication, Audio/Video and Multimedia is highly recommended.
Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills, proactive and independent.
Able to work under minimal supervision and under pressure.
Candidates with more experiences would be considered as Senior Account Manager.
